Welcome to John Luck's Web Site.
For many years I operated a limited company as a Communications Consultantancy, with contracts for leading Telecoms providers including BT Cellnet in Slough. I worked mainly with GSM Short Message Service Centres and other Value Added Messaging platforms. I am an Incorporated Engineer of the Institute of Electrical Engineers. I am now looking forward to retirement and run a limited company which has a portfolio of Investment Property.
I qualified to be a Flight Information Service Officer and trained at Rochester Airport - where there was a great atmosphere.
I am married to Pauline and we have three children Samantha, Christopher and Melanie.
My main hobby is aviation and I used to fly a Rallye MS880 100HP. It was well equipped. Sadly the aircraft got "marmalised" by a runaway aircraft at Rochester in 2002. I have some SPARE parts for Rallyes which you can see here.
I now hold a nominal share in a new Flying machine - a Gardan Horizon GY80.
She has now been "Anglicised " and sports the registration G-GYAT

I fly about 35 hours a year. I am one of the founding members of the British Telecom Flying club and the Pilots And Friends of Rochester Airport PAFRA. I hold the office of Treasurer.
Why not Visit Rochester Airport the next sunny day and meet some of the faces on the ground and in the air.
My family and I live in the Village of Aylesford in Kent and take an active part in voluntary activities in the local Primary School of which I was a Governor.
